Jordan
For him art is a great adventure for a greater cause. He was born in Jordan in 1973, he is considered as the first caricaturist who was imprisoned in Jordan for a cartoon published in Al Bilad Weekly Press in 1995 about the Muslims Brotherhood.
Although he didn’t continue his university studies, he was one of the firsts to learn drawing cartoon using the computer, adopting black and white colours in drawing. His cartoons address the social lives of people in the Jordanian society and the political situation in the Middle East.
He published his first cartoons in Al Mar’a Magazine in 1992, then he worked as a main caricaturist in Al Bilad Press in 1993. He was the neighbour of the Egyptian painter Mohieddine Ellabbad in 2004 and wrote about his talent in his book “Nazar 4”.
It should be mentioned that he is a member of Association of Jordanian Cartoonists and a member of the International Animated Film Association (Association Internationale du Film d’Animation) ASIFA.
Some of his cartoons were internationally famous. He participated in many collective and international exhibitions in Algeria, United States, South Korea, and Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France. He released lots of publications including Nazar 4 of the Egyptian Painter Mohieddine Ellabbad, the collective book “Cartoonists” (Al Cartoonjiyye), and the Tunisian Revolution Comic Book. He worked in various Jordanian newspapers such as Al Dustour, Al Rai Jordanian newspaper, and Al Ittihad UAE newspaper.

الفن بالنسبة له مغامرة كبرى من أجل قضية أكبر. ولد في الأردن عام 1973، يعتبر أول رسام كاريكاتور يتم سجنه في الأردن على خلفية رسم كاريكاتوري نشر له في جريدة البلاد الأسبوعية سنة 1995 وكان عن الاخوان المسلمين.
على الرغم من عدم إكماله الدراسة الجامعية إلا أنه كان من السباقين لتعلم رسم الكاريكاتور باستخدام الكمبيوتر، معتمدا الرسم باللونين الأبيض والأسود. تتناول رسوماته الحياة الإجتماعية للناس في المجتمع الأردني، والوضع السياسي في الشرق الأوسط.
نشر أولى رسوماته الكاريكاتورية في جريدة المرأة سنة 1992، ثم عمل كرسام كاريكاتير رئيسي في جريدة البلاد الأسبوعية سنة 1993. جاور الفنان المصري محي الدين اللباد سنة 2004 وكتب عن موهبته في كتابه «نظر4».
الجدير بالذكر، أنه عضو في نقابة رسامي الكاريكاتور الأردنيين، وعضو في منظمة ASIFA الدولية لأفلام الكرتون.
إشتهرت بعض رسوماته عالمياً. شارك في معارض دولية وجماعية كثيرة في الجزائر، الولايات المتحدة، كوريا الجنوبية ومهرجان آنسي في فرنسا. أصدر الكثير من المطبوعات مثل كتاب نظر4، عن الفنان المصري محيي الدين اللباد، كتاب «الكرتونجية» المشترك مع عدة فنانين، وكتاب رسومات الثورة التونسية. عمل في عدة صحف أردنية مثل جريدة الدستور، جريدة الرأي الأردنية، وصحيفة الإتحاد الإماراتية.
