Syria
Arts are born from innocence, from the childhood passion the Syrian caricature artist Fahd Al Bahady began his career which led him to design drawings for children’s right for the UNICEF.
He was born in Syria in 1983. Since 2008, he began drawing cartoon for national newspapers, then he became an expert in Al Jazeera Media Network and the New Arab “Al-Araby, Al-Jadeed and other Arabic platforms as well as websites.
He worked in a studio for designing video games in Tunisia. His artistic tools were the pencil and the paper, but now he is using Photoshop and the digital pad to keep up with the universal evolution in Graphics. He is a member in the crew of the animated cartoon movie “Khamsa”, he is also a member in the Federation of Cartoonists Organisations (FECO).
He was awarded many prizes and certificates of appreciation such as 2001 and 2002 United Nations Population Award. He came in the second place in the Women’s Rights Award organized by the United Nations in Damascus. He also obtained certificates of appreciation from the 4th International Cartoon Contest and a certificate of appreciation for Cartoonists from the European Union in 2008.
He participated in some important exhibitions, but his only concern now is to reach an advanced level and to elevate the Arabic art of caricature. He wishes now to work in the field of Cartoon Animation because it was his passion since childhood.

من البراءة تولد الفنون، ومن شغف الطفولة بدأ فنان الكاريكاتور السوري فهد البحادي مسيرته، فقاده ذلك إلى تصميم الرسوم لحقوق الطفل لليونيسيف.
ولد عام 1983 في سوريا. بدأ منذ 2008 رسم الكاريكاتور في الصحف المحلية وبعدها كان الاحتراف في موقع الجزيرة نت والعربي الجديد وغيرها من المنابر العربية، والمواقع الالكترونية .
عمل في استيديو تصميم لعب الفيديو في تونس. كانت أدواته الفنية القلم والورقة، أما الآن فهو يستخدم الفوتوشوب واللوح الرقمي لمواكبة التطور العالمي في الجرافيكس. هو عضو في فريق فيلم خمسة وهو فيلم رسوم متحركة، وعضو أيضاً في اتحاد منظمات رسامي الكاريكاتور (فيكو) .
حصل على بعض الجوائز وشهادات التقدير مثل جائزة مسابقة التربية السكانية عام 2001 و 2002 وجائزة حقوق المرأة التي أقامتها الأمم المتحدة في دمشق بالمرتبة الثانية. حاز أيضاً على شهادة تقدير من المسابقة الدولية الرابعة للكاريكاتور وشهادة تقدير من الاتحاد الأوروبي لرسامي الكاريكاتور عام 2008.
شارك ببعض المعارض المهمة، أما هاجسه الآن فهو الوصول لمستوى متقدم والارتقاء بفن الكاريكاتور العربي . ويتمنى العمل الآن في مجال الأنيميشن والكاريكاتور لأنه شغفه منذ الطفولة.
